The service advisors and technicians are top notch here. I would drive to a further dealership if I didn't feel that way, but my 7+ experiences have all been resolved beyond my expectations. Dennis, Dina, and Regina were all so helpful and clear with any technical explanations related to service decisions. In my most recent service, I used the complimentary valet service (pickup/dropoff from home) which was so convenient. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Dennis Jeffers is straightforward and clear with answering my specific questions to enable me to make informed decisions on services I need or don't based on my priorities.
