This hotel is really wonderful!! My Other Mother and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Customer service here was impeccable. Everyone greeted us nicely and helped us out tremendously.
Food was superb!! On my first day I ordered from their restaurant. I got their rice bowl which consists of rice, black beans, chicken, shredded cheese, guacamole and vegetables. I don't eat meat nor fancy cheese so I had them take out cheese and chicken and replace with more veggies and guacomole. Believe me when I say this rice bowl was to die for!!. My guacomole was divine and the black beans were the absolute best I ever had! The food was just so fresh!!
My Other Mother told me about their lunch period which ended at one p.m. so anyone can get their variety of lunch special for $12. My lunch was worth every penny.
Breakfast was decent and gym is good size. I mainly went to the gym to fill up our bottles with fresh water. In the evening they had really good snacks such as water, fruits, nuts, pastries, etc..- the brownie was better than I thought. Their cookies were just ok in my opinion.
Room was good and filled with lots of towels. Shower system worked well and whenever we ran out of stuff, the wait to receive them was not long.
Overall my experience at The Washington Marriot was great and I would definitely visit again when travelling to Washington D.C.
