My doctor wanted to perform my third neck surgery when he first met me about three years ago but I just couldn't face it then. So he suggested physical therapy. I've done PT off and on over the last 20 years but there was something very, very different about VTFC. I was working with therapists for the entire hourly session and they did everything they could to abate my pain. I've worked with several of the fabulous therapists, but John Fainsan is my GO-TO guy. He introduced me to the world of dry-needling and because of that and other remedies like laser therapy, massage, manual manipulation and strength training, I've been able to put off the surgery for three years. I always knew it was inevitable but I feel much more confident about my recovery this time as I know John will be there to help me heal and recover. I cannot say enough good things about John and the entire staff of VTFC. I HIGHLY recommend this team!
