Horrible experiences. Books supposed to come Nov 23 and until today i didnt receive anything. Nobody picked up the calls and responded to the email.
I am getting impatience and will officially write the MOE and reach out to CASE by next week..

Anyone who experiences the same please voice out as I think it is important for us to get attention from not only the schools but also the statutory board.
