CJ Snare Review of CVC Productions

I was told by Elsa Soto on three separate occasions that I had a done deal on a property. That same deal was taken from me three times as well, each time with a higher price or new scheduling. 5 days before our move in date, with checks cut, paperwork reviewed, movers acquired, address changed, she called and said the deal was off again. We had submitted all our applications, and our income to debt ratio/credit scores, referrals, history Came through with flying colors. Everything was exemplary of what a buyer should be, and they excepted us and approved our application. During this entire period of time, about eight weeks, she always spoke to me in a very condescending sort of tone and I found it very difficult to communicate clearly and effectively with her. This was absolutely The most difficult real estate transaction I have ever been a part of and I attribute it to this agent's lack of communication, and people skills. I deal with people on a global level for a living and I would highly recommend that this person take some time to reflect and learn from this if she plans to continue with a job that involves public relations.
