I took a bit of time to write the review. I wanted to do some research regarding the price of the parts and the service, and then be fair and useful for other people.
4* for Curtis + Brock , they did a nice job.
1* for price: I paid $2,4K for the installation and parts. I went to Home Depot, the price for the heater is $859 and the parts are about $150 and installation time of 2-3h, I paid way over it.
1* for extra support:
- I asked them if they can set the numbers in my softener, they did not help me. If they do not know it, they could call the main office; however;, they did not do it.
- I asked them for an additional hole in the wall, thy did not do it.
- Also according to the new regulation, there must be a water mixer in the line so that the user never get very hot water.
Baseline: I recommend to break down the price, negotiated in a person all what do you think, expect, want before the order/ installation.
