Excellent work done on the car, as always, but abysmal customer service. Diagnostic report received at 8.45am; no call to allow me to confirm I wanted the job done. Phoned 6 times the same morning, no reply. Had to get someone from BMW to physically go over and drop them a message at 12.30pm. I have spent the whole day not knowing if the work was being done, and whether it would be completed. All for a new valve, which is a 15 minute job! Such a shame as I have been a customer of Mini for 10+ years, and they have been faultless up to now.
