My card was blocked in the U.S. I was told someone...

My card was blocked in the U.S. I was told someone would call my number and have the situation rectified. That never happened so I called to have it fixed. On one try, I was on hold for 3 mins and hung up. I tried again and this time,I have been on hold for 15 mins! Really Barclays, Really? This is not acceptable, especially considering how much it cost me to call. Please improve your service.
