Was in the ER at another hospital and transfered to Banner Univ for surgery to drain an infected cyst on my face. The surgeon and his attendant were excellent and put up with my crying and screams when the pain was unberable. The ER nurses were nice but I think glad to see me go. I have issue with the discharge nurse and the social worker. They were rude and truely in a hurry to get me out of there. We couldn't get ahold of anyone to come get me and take me home as it was around midnight when discharged and the SW was insisting on calling a cab to take me home. They were both so anxious to get rid of me it caused unneeded stress and hardship on top of the pain and trauma of surgery. It was a horrible feeling getting kicked out of a hospital that was supposed to be passionate and helpful.
