We have been customers of iiNet for several years and our experience with them has been extremely positive. We are not very IT savvy and have so grateful that the staff at iiNet have always conversed with us at a level we can understand. Which is very important for us. Tech staff have always been very prompt, efficient and solved our queries very promptly. Plus they have a sense of humour which we also value.
