So I opened a new spot in Massachusetts and used Toast. The sales person, Liam, gave us wrong and misleading info. we do not have all the services we had asked for and when I inquire, they are trying to Upsell the service (service that we were promised for free when signing up with Toast). They are over charging CC processing more than what we were told, no Toast Delivery set up, because of sales person's incompetency and many many more issues. STAY AWAY. Toast had 3 months to set up our system and we still have issues. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. the only bright side is the Project Manager, she has been great but she can only do so much.
