Danny served me when I pulled up needing scheduled maintenance for my 2018 340i. He informed me that I needed a DME update based on open recall 122019. When I asked whether this would reset my settings, he said no. I trusted him and though I noticed no DME issues, I agreed to fix the recall. I received my car back after a couple of hours waiting in the lounge. I appreciate the oil service and brake fluid check and the post-inspection video from the mechanic, Christian. My car was cleaned outside, and I understand they could not clean inside due to COVID-19. Overall, everyone was professional. However, I immediately noticed my settings were over ridden and it was factory reset. This is most disappointing. Additionally, he quoted me $700+ for a map update and region change
