Just like dealing with buying and selling real estate, it must be about timing when speaking to these agents. My story, I enquired about a listing from one of their agents (out of respect, I won't give a name unless asked). I paid for the app and HOA fee and that agent was no longer able to be contacted. The office provided minimal help in assisting me. After a couple of days, I was able to speak to her and had to go over all my information again. To make a long story short, due to personal issues within, they were unable to conduct their business in a professional manner. They should have replaced her until her issue was resolved, especially when money is involved (thankfully I wasn't putting money down for a house). So, I was instantly denied, lost $100, and ignored. Just a note, I had a Coldwell Banker Agent assist me in the process (excellent guy and I will recommend him if anyone asks). He was also ignored. Total communication time with the Real Estate Solutions Today agent was approximately 3 minutes in a one week period.
