Just did my PADI open water dive course here just ...

Just did my PADI open water dive course here just now finished on 19 October 2020

1. Customer service was extremely helpful! I couldn't ask for more. Since the day i was just looking around asking for everything they went fully helpful with all the information provided including about the dive activity, the boat ferries flight and all, they even keep checking on me from time to time about my travel plan to koh tao.

2. They partnered with Ananda Villa for providing stay which costed 800 thb for a single bungalow, and it was FREE during the course!! Just wonderful.

The reason for a 5-STAR Review:
1) The instructors: Kieran a.k.a Beard and Beks were awesome. They're friendly and knowledgeable professionals who teach not only on how to do things but also on why to do them.

2) The facility: Due to COVID they were sharing their facilities with another dive center (sharing equipment, dive boat etc.) but that did not affect their high quality, standards or safety.

3) The equipment: The equipment used by me was not exchanged with other divers for throughout the length of the course as a safety precaution from COVID.

Overall, I'm extremely happy and satisfied to take my first open water course here. It was a great experience, highly recommend it to my friends and family and probably will be back to continue my course someday. *finger crossed*
