This place was an absolute joke! The amount of neglect an the lack of care my family received was unfathomable! He was placed in this facility fully healthy minus needing rehab! When we arrived on Saturday after him being here for a week. We found him confused an disoriented And, by Monday he was fully unresponsive an it TOOK US TELLING THE NURSING STAFF he was unresponsive for them to even notice! We tried to get him moved from Saturday to Monday, an we were fought an argued with the entire time, till the house doctor shows up takes one look at him, an says why is this patient here, why has he not been sent to an ER! For someone to finally do something! My family member is now in an ICU fighting for his life! If We would ask question to his nurses an the answer was always the same idk I'll have to look at his notes. An a certain supervising nurse if you questioned anything she told you, you would get attitude cut off an then get told I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU! This place was a full on JOKE!
