We had high expectations based on the price. Staff was great. Room was horrible. Cons: broken chair, uncomfortable chair and bed, stains on furniture. Submitted a review on IHG website for Holiday Inn: They made me resubmit 3 times due to mention of price and competitor, clearly more concerned about my review, than my bad experience. I don't normally complete reviews, but felt compelled because it was so overpriced for the room we got. Just want to help someone not make the same mistake.
