Great facilities and many animals for the kids to see, though quite a few of the cages were empty on our visit. Fun day out for the kids and they even have a large playground, though not too safe for kids under 5years (lots of high climbing things and not much for the littlies). Food is very expensive so I would recommend a packed lunch as there are many grasses areas for a nice picnic.
