I was very happy with the service. There was no high pressure there is no forcing me to act today I took me three four months to decide if I wanted to do this. they representative was very patient with me and explained the process more than once very patient. So I'm very happy with the service I feel confident that I did the right thing for my family and I always wanted to be cremated so now it's in writing and got somebody to do it
