Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We were greeted warmly upon entering and introduced to John Sims as our sales consultant. John is not only extremely professional but very knowledgeable about each class of vehicles. He quickly helped us determine the best fit for our needs. He is one of the best. I cannot fail to mention all the other staff that made this purchase possible. Sales managers and the F&I manager were top notch. Negotiations were fair and above board. No game playing. Lastly, Johnathon was a terrific tech teacher. He explained all the features in a concise and easy to understand manner. I know we will be back every few years for a new car. I love that we are now part of this family.
