Been loyal customer for last 2 years and not happ...

Been loyal customer for last 2 years and not happy with the service I got this time I have taken oil change and wheel alignment .
They haven't explained properly what all they have done and they haven't washed the vehicle and when enquired I haven't got an satisfactory reply .

Overall I felt they care less about customer satisfaction .
