We stayed at the campsite with our tent. We had lots of space and the bathroom was clean. Although the noise from the street was annoying and load at night. And the worst thing was that they close the gate to the campsite at 11pm, so they won't give you access with the car to the campsite after. You have to stay at a parking place in front where there is no camera surveillance.
I think it would be fair to tell the guests from the start or overthink the system because your flexibility at night is very limited.
