I had been a customer for over a year now.. and I had exceptional service. The first time I was not even charged because my mac book would have been too expensive to repair. They recommended I just go out buy another one rather than waste my money. The second time I brought in my imac which needed a new superdrive they tried to get me one the quickest way they could. However, when I received it back I had problems with it. They picked it up from my own home! When I finally got it repaired which took some time,( although it was not there fault for the wait ). Yet again they made it right-- the owner called being very apologetic and gave me a store discount because of the inconveniences... THANK-YOU NORTHERN PROTOCOL !!!!
