If I could give them a negative 1 star I would. I recently purchased an Acura ilx from this dealer and my experience with them as a whole was horrible to say the least. While test driving the car I asked the salesman if the car had been maintenanced since they had it. He said yes and that all of the used cars that arrive there get all maintenance on them before being put on the lot for sale. I was stereotyped as soon as I sat down to discuss the purchase of the car. I am a black woman coming in alone to inquire about a purchase and instead of him asking how I was planning on handling my purchase I was asked what's my social Security number. He immediately assumed I was needing there financial services. I had to inform him that I already have financing. If I was a white man I would have never had been immediately asked for my social. From there I was pressured for over an hour for me to accept financing from them which was not in my best interest. Still wanting the car I asked if I could drive it for a day or so to be sure that it was what I wanted. They allowed it. I took the car for a pre purchase inspection and found out that there was some things I should bring to there attention before I purchased the car. I gave the salesman the printed list of things I needed fixed before I purchased the car as I didn't want to have to put money into repairs immediately after purchasing it. He asked if I had time today to have the repairs done and I said yes. After waiting over 2hrs in the waiting area the salesman came out and said that all of the repairs where done. After that I proceeded with the purchase of the car. About 3 weeks later the light for the oil change came on. That's when I knew I was lied to about all the cars being maintenanced before getting onto the lot. I took the car in for the oil change and during the oil change is when I was informed that one of the repairs that was requested be fixed before the purchase was never fixed leaving me with the responsibility of getting it repaired. I called the salesman to address the issue and he denied being told about the situation before hand and refused to even own up to us discussing it before hand. I also spoke with the manager of that location about the situation and instead of him offering to get down to the bottom of what happened he rudely said to me that if you're that unhappy with the car just bring us our car back. I was caught off guard with his response. I am now at Hendrick Acura getting the repair done on my car and the technician again informed me of some of the other repairs that they told me was fixed has never been done. I am so extremely disappointed with this dealership. I feel they took advantage of me and to add insult to injury they are extremely rude. They're main concern was to get the check from me by all means necessary. They completely lied about the repairs that they said they did and no one is willing to help resolve the issue in any way. I will NEVER refer anyone to this place!
