Well since posting my comments (below), Kanetix did respond by asking me to contact customer service so I have emailed a representative with my concern of the invalid Cineplex E-card but he HAS NOT responded. (Initial comments-Most people realize that insurance is an enormous business so it's nice to have this online service to get started on finding a better deal. I have also used other online insurance service so there's no shortage of assistance out there. Customer service was helpful enough but they will try to hook you by offering an electronic gift card. They did indeed email me with a Cineplex E-card but when I went to use it, the card WAS NOT valid. I call this a scam or at the very least misleading even fraudulent )
