Lousy product. Purchased PGT impact doors for my home. Nothing but issues.
The latest is a French door installed 7 years ago. Locking mechanism failed in locked position. Only way to get doors open is to cut the opposing door s upper and lower locking pin with an Electrict saw that will also damage seal and frame possibly requiring complete replacement of doors
