Service Technician was knowledgeable with the inspections done on our AC unit. He was very professional and pleasant to talk with. He discussed services he felt were important for us to know about, but he didn't think it would help our situation since our unit is 17 years old. He recommended that we not waste our money on certain replacements, but look into buying a newer unit. He took about any hour performing inspections on the unit, both inside and outside. The only thing I saw him do was use the water hose to clean and take out the leaves from the outside unit. I really didn't think it was worth the $180 dollars we gave John Wayne throughout last year paying the monthly fee. Even though the young man was respectful, he wasn't wearing a mask, shoe coverings, or anything like they show on TV and I have decided to cancel my subscription to paying the monthly fee, it's not worth it.
