Frequent visitor since 2005, always has been a good place to stay or just eat and stop by the lobby lounge. Last few years, the service and quality of service at the lobby area is not the same, it slipped backwards. Examples: Sept, ordered club sandwich no cheese. The sandwich arrived with cheese and was cold. Fries super cold. Service was slow. Oct 21st, 2018, ordered salmon soup, pork soup arrived. Asked if the bread has milk in it, for a lactose allergy, the bread disappeared and didn't return, no answer.
