I order regularly on this site and I never had any particular problem except once when ordering a bike. When mounting, there was a problem with the pedal. So I contacted Private Sales (VEEPEE) and telephone counselor I communicated the coordinates of the supplier stating me to inform them of the result.
If chains of mail exchanges supplier with photo requests, etc. It took over a month and the provider so I returned the defective part. I sent 2 emails to VEEPEE to inform them of the result, saying that all this was very long and I have enjoyed support from them. No response, not even the fault of apology.
