The experience with this graphic design company was average. The website was user-friendly and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found the communication process to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and there were some discrepancies in the information provided. The design work itself was decent, although I was hoping for a more innovative and creative approach. Overall, while the company did deliver on its services, there was room for improvement in terms of communication and design concepts.
