After waiting on the phone for 30 mins, I still didn't get in touch with anyone. All I'm trying to do is get my license that's it and get help on how to do it online. Nobody knows how to pick up the phone, and talk and help someone. Since I only live down the street from this so called "business" I'll go up there and actually speak with someone. How are we suppose to better our lives if people don't do their job to help? Spending $300+ on a program to learn and can't even go further because someone can't pick up the damn phone. I bet you they won't see ONE DOLLAR of mine unless I go IN PERSON AND HAND IT TO SOMEONE. People have children and bills and trying to better themselves and can't even do it. Smdh. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and straight up to the MAX F*CKERY!!!
