Stopped by for late breakfast and ordered breakfas...

Stopped by for late breakfast and ordered breakfast combo plate with red sauce. Beans, enchilada, pork tamal, 2 eggs, and substituted corn tortillas (for flour). Oh I would come back for just the tamales and beans! Those beans had a subtle smoky flavor (possibly cooked with ham hock?) that was so good. I learned they sell tamales frozen by the dozen-if I had a way to keep frozen I would have picked some up.
