I put a star just because you can not put less. PESSIMO SERVICE. WORSE THAN "YOU CAN'T." Several phone calls and never answer. (and it is paid, they leave you online without any response). The package was delivered to them but never reached their destination. On the site send a message, they will reply (if they answer) after days and days. It is not clear why Italian post is still using them. Grumpy and arrogant staff
