Looking for a dumpster here is NOT a smart choice. They took my card info over the phone but did NOT divulge they were running it immediately. The drop off was for a week away. I gave them my email address and they did NOT send a receipt or order confirmation. They did NOT take down my email address correctly (someone called) and when sent the confirmation, it read that there IS A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE. I wasn t informed of your Cancelation Policy speaking to the order taker over the phone and had I been I never would have placed it. Needless to say I canceled because I was NOT comfortable paying for a service yet to be provided. After reading the numerous bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau site, I felt compelled to post this review to warn others.
