I purchased a photosmart printer from HP several years ago, have had nothing but problems, purchase brand new HP cartridges from HP and they stop working within weeks. I use all the instructions to try and get them going, no luck. Have tried to reach out to HP multiple times, a huge process to get a case number, set up user information, then try chat, which tells me the printer has no warranty, I only wanted to speak to someone, what a waste for a large company, no personal service, only if you order products can you speak to a person.!
