I went to a Wendy's in Southampton Pennsylvania at night and the lights weren't even on! I couldn't believe it. I wrote of my displeasure in on one of their surveys and got an email from the General Manager who wanted me to come back. I don't want to go back there! No effort was made to make me feel like they appreciated my business or were apologetic. Disgusting pathetic practices! What a lousy company.
