The staff in this location Austin n Cermak road are friendly and professional.
They engage in conversation and is very helpful ..i can honestly say that I've never had an issue with any worker having an attitude. I love my bank ive been here for many yrs. My first account was open here. My husband wants me to switch to chase but u know what maybe chase is more advanced n all but I like quality over quantity.. i like n appreciate the workers here and im a loyal customer.. i do wish they had more shred days
