As others reported in earlier reviews "they fell off the face of the earth." They were happy to sell us a new truck but once we drove off the lot we were on your own. To be fair our sales associate has been responsive but the questions I have need to be answered by management, and/or service folks and they do not return phone calls. If you're looking for assistance after the sale I suggest buying from another dealership, this one is obviously understaffed.
