Morleys, you need to seriously rip out and refit the Ladies toilets. They are falling to pieces, incredibly old, not fit for purpose, one toilet today was flooded and they stink to high heaven. We are worth better than this. You install a nice little Caffe Nero and then we dread having to use the toilets. I cannot even imagine how Mums with babies manage.

Come on now, give us something decent, if you don't know how, visit ANY other department store and take a look, they treat us decently, you should be ashamed!
