I had a outstanding experience At west coast Nissan with Richie McIntyre this past week. He really went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle. I truly had no idea about cars/insurance coming into this and Richies positive attitude made it easy and comfortable for me. Richie was informative and explained everything in a professional manner, in a way that I could understand. Richie was also exceptionally helpful with the financing process and getting me approved. I was thrilled to leave today in a beautiful Nissan Altima and I owe that success to Richie McIntyre for his amazing customer service skills. Thank you to everyone on the Nissan team who helped me today! You were amazing and i so appreciate all your hard work.
