Sandy Cove is one of my favorite places to go. My family goes to family camp there every year that we can. We relax and play together as a family like nowhere else we go. The staff is friendly and warm and takes good care of us all week. Our kids are well cared-for by their camp counselors and they have a ton of fun. All-you-can-eat buffet meals make mealtimes easy in their spacious dining room overlooking the head of the Chesapeake Bay. Rooms (and beds) are comfortable and family-friendly.

There is so much to do there, we can never do it all - two pools for swimming (wait until you try "the blob!"), tennis courts, miniature golf, and frisbee golf, with tournaments set up for basketball, volleyball, tennis, ping pong, and more! There's a rock wall to climb, the gaga pit, 9 squares, the giant swing, and the zip line. At the marina you can sign up to ride the wavecutter or be pulled on a tube or go out in a canoe, kayak, paddleboat or even a sailboat (if you know how to sail). At the craft shop, you can make all kinds of wonderful things, including awesome tie-dye t-shirts.

I highly recommend that you sign up for family camp 2016 now because they fill up fast!
