The staff is extremely unfriendly. My mother receives such poor care and is left in such unsanitary and unhealthy conditions. She's ignored when she puts the call light on for many hours. I wish we had other options and I feel so guilty for her being there. When I visit, I do as much as I can to clean her up and make her happy.
