I used to work in the mortgage industry for 15 years and I will say this is the most customer service driven Title Company I've ever worked with and I've worked with over a hundred. I've known Rick Nair (I was his mortgage broker for years) so I'm not shocked that he's bringing the whole Consular concept to the title world as far as his team goes they back up what they say they will do. From calling us back to chasing down people to get answers above and beyond would be the words I used to best describe them. Erica Stevens and Robert Patterson are awesome literally the day before closing our lender threw us a curveball and all of a sudden needed a survey after telling us we were exempt from it this was going to to delay things by at least five days and the sellers were talking about not giving us an extension and taking our escrow money Eric ended up calling 23 service companies until she found someone that would go out and get it done and send it back to us and six hours I was shocked and didn't believe it till it happen we closed on the home and I can wholeheartedly say it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for them I'm not sure how to say it other than Thank you guys and I will forever grateful.
