Weren't very proactive with my case, nor did they tske the time to give me updates related to progress in the case. I had to call USCIS every other day to push for certain resolutions that only required a phone call or email. The law office couldn't do it for me. The paralegals know more then the actual lawyers at the office. As well, they work very limited hours. My case didn't go well either.
