Unprofessional, disorganised, insulting.

Unprofessional, disorganised, insulting.
Arranged a showing, travelled at rush hour in poor weather to view, agent never showed up. Found out from the new occupant that they had just moved in. Never a word from the listing agent to inform of otherwise.
