WAY overbooked!!! We were here for a wedding. Rooms were not ready. No towels. Clogged drains everywhere. Our first room smelled like mold and windex. Our second room smelled like cigarettes.
There was a 30 minute line in the cramped lobby to sign in. People after people were told they had no rooms, even though they had a reservation. Absolutely a disgrace.
Our room was, like the rest of the hotel pretty beat up and out-dated. The whole building really needs to be gutted and re-done.
The carpet in the room was an inch short on all sides and folding up. Who did this job? Holy cow, someone who has never done carpet apparently. The room felt damp and humid the whole time, and it's winter! Summer must be brutal.
Had a beer at the bar. Asked the male bartender how the weekend was going. He said Im running my f-ing as_ off. WOW. Great people skills. I had to get another drink because the IPA was super old and skunky...like everything else.
Oh, and the breakfast buffet, which should be free...it's pretty rough...cost a family of 4 $50! Seriously sad breakfast. I just assumed it was included. Try to eat out!
The whole place seems like something is off...
