The Getty Villa is a (rare) highlight of the LA area and features a Rome-esque villa along with a large assortment of sculptures from the Mediterranean region. As most probably already know, the admission is free, but parking is $20 until 3pm. There aren't really any loopholes around this (e.g. walking in by foot, parking on nearby streets), but ridesharing may save a few bucks. The same parking pass can be used at the Getty Center, so that's a plus. Feel free to bring in your own food and drinks and enjoy it in their picnic area. If you're into Instagram, there are also a galore of picture-perfect spots - I'll let you be the judge on where they are located.
