Upon arriving our room was not ready. We were however given four complimentary drinks from the bar.
When we eventually got to our room, we moved the couch for the roll away. The floor was littered with what looked like crackers and lint. House keeping had to return to vacuum. A little snack plate was placed out side our door as an apology.
