I ve had stellar service at Gwinnett Place Honda for last 20+ years. It is one of the main reasons that every Honda that I have purchased (5 so far) has been purchased and serviced there. Yesterday s experience was no exception, my service attendance was cordial, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was timely with letting me know what was needed for my vehicle and not pushy in persuading to make options. I received a shuttle to my work place from a very affable you man and then got a free Uber when I was done at work to pick up my car for service. No one like to have large repair bills, but I trust GP Honda to communicate the needed repairs and service to keep my Civic running as it should.

They have earned my business and will be back or only for service, but to purchase another car should it be a Honda!
