5 stars because it is a masterpiece. And to see it and use it. However the cost is beastly especially if you have to use it regularly. It is really a shame and a shame to share its costs so unfairly to its users so much. This is a public project that should normally unite ... it should have the cost of a normal toll crossing in my opinion.
