The last time I went there to have my oil changed in my brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra the guy responsible for changing my oil "Forgot" to add FRESH OIL after draining the old oil.
Yes my engine seized 6 miles later and I lost my New Engine and they replaced it with a "Refurbished" engine.
No they did not cover my rental car costs due to THEIR incompetence so the rental car cost was on me.
